Regulator 34 T-Top
Totally custom design on a 2017 Regulator T-top. The old frame was completely destroyed and unsalvageable. We were able to make a brand new one from the ground up using bright anodized aluminum.
Caliber 48 LRC Stern Arch
This was a huge transformation to this Caliber 48 LRC. Really opening up the capabilities to this boat. We had almost every option put into this arch. Dinghy Davits, solar panels, engine hoist and bracket, emergency life raft cradle, StarLink and many other antenna mounts, and more. This arch really turned out beautiful.
SeaWind 53 Solar Frame
This was a solar panel frame made from anodized aluminum, mounting directly on the existing carbon fiber dinghy davits. This project and catamaran were featured in the Fall Annapolis Boat show in 2025.
NordHavn 50 Bow Rail
A brand new bow rail, again, completely re-built from the ground up. The old rail was torn off the bow by another vessel and thrown into the Chesapeake, leaving nothing but holes in the caprail and bowsprit. We were able to source new mounting feet directly from the factory, making it look like nothing happened.
Island Packet 48 Stern Arch
An anodized aluminum was fabricated for this Island Packet. Equipped with solar panels, dinghy davits and downward lights. This boat is ready to adventure through the Caribbean!
Dolphin 47 Stern Arch
With nearly 1500 Watts of solar for this Dolphin catamaran, she's ready for the off-grid lifestyle of sailing. We made a bench area on this arch for surfboards/paddle board storage and strengthened it to put the dinghy davits under the bench as well.
